How do I reset my password?

Use the “Forgot password?” link on the login page. You’ll receive an email with a reset link. If you don’t see it, check spam or contact us at the support email above.

My search or export failed. What should I do?

Note any error message you see and your approximate usage (e.g. number of articles). Email us at the support address with these details and we’ll investigate.

How are credits consumed?

Credits are used for AI-powered analysis, report generation, and certain bulk operations. Usage is shown in your dashboard and in account/settings. Contact us for a detailed breakdown or to top up.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export literature reviews, reports, and other content from the relevant sections. For a full data export (e.g. for compliance), contact us and we’ll assist.

Is my data secure?
